Thanks to our molecular sieve plants, which can be integrated with a grinding column, we can fully automate the production of anhydrous alcohol and biofuel, while optimizing performance.

The most modern, widespread, and consolidated type of dehydration plant in the industry is that of molecular sieves, which provide for the removal of water from alcohol thanks to the properties of zeolites, through the Pressure Swing Adsorption process.

HLSM molecular sieve plants have been designed for a low steam consumption and a limited footprint to obtain extremely pure anhydrous alcohol through a fully automated operation. We can add a rectification column (HLSM-CR) for the recovery of the regeneration stream of the molecular sieves.

The parts in contact with the product are entirely made of AISI 304 and AISI 316 stainless steel.

The plant is completely automated thanks to high-performance control valves.

To further reduce steam consumption, it is possible to integrate into the plant a double effect between the molecular sieves and the regeneration stream rectification column (HLSM-CRSV).
